Engine No-Start, Power Windows Don't Work

2003-04 Accord

SERVICE TIP:
Has this happened to you? You've replaced the under-dash fuse/relay box or the multiplex integrated control unit in a 2003-04 Accord, and you're getting one or more of these symptoms:

The engine doesn't crank
The engine cranks but doesn't start
The power windows don't work

The problem could be an internally damaged relay. This can happen if you used a pair of pliers to remove it. Check the affected relay, and replace it if damaged.
