Mainshaft Sensor: Service and Repair
Mainshaft Speed Sensor Replacement 1.
Disconnect the mainshaft speed sensor connector.
2.
Remove the mainshaft speed sensor.
3.
Install the new O-ring (A) on the mainshaft speed sensor, and install the mainshaft speed sensor (B) in the transmission housing.
4.
Check the connector for rust, dirt, and oil, clean if needed, then connect the connector securely.
