Manuals through 2025 now available!

Our trusted friends have launched a new website named LEMON, which has newer manuals. It also contains all the CHARM manuals.

2. Disconnect the dashboard wire harness B 6P connector (A) from the cable reel (B).
3. Using a jumper wire, connect the dashboard wire harness B 6P connector (A) No. 6 terminal to body ground. The horns should sound.

- If the horns sound, go to step 4.
- If the horns don't sound, check the horn relay circuit.

4. Check for continuity between the No. 6 terminal of the cable reel side 6P connector and body ground with the horn switch pressed.

- If there is continuity, the switch is OK.
- If there is no continuity, go to step 6.

5. Remove the driver's airbag assembly.

6. Check for continuity between the cable reel No. 6 terminal (A) and the horn switch positive terminal (B).

- If there is no continuity, check for continuity of the radio remote switch harness. If the harness is OK, replace the cable reel and check for proper operation.
- If there is continuity, go to step 7.

7. Check for continuity between the center of the steering column and ground.

- If there is continuity, replace the airbag.
- If there is no continuity, replace the steering column.
