1. Insert a Disc to see if the symptom can be duplicated.

Does the Disc load?

YES - Operation is normal. If the Disc loads normally, but will not play, go to Disc does not play.

NO - Go to step 2,

2. Insert another Disc.

Does the Disc load?

YES - The original Disc is faulty.

NO - Replace audio unit.
