Condenser Fan: Service and Repair
Radiator and Fan Replacement1. Drain engine coolant.
2. Remove the front bumper.
3. Remove the hood latch.
4. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses, and automatic transmission fluid (ATF) cooler hoses.
5. Disconnect the fan motor connectors and compressor clutch connector.
6. Remove the radiator upper brackets, then pull up the radiator.
7. Remove the fan shroud assemblies and other parts from the radiator.
8. Install the radiator in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the upper and lower cushions are set securely.
9. Fill the radiator with engine coolant, then bleed air from the cooling system.
10. Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
