Second Row Seat Cover Replacement

NOTE:
- Take care not to tear the seams or damage the seat covers.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

Seat-back Cover
1. Fold the seat-back forward.
2. Remove the second row seat.
3. Remove the seat-back.
4. Remove the armrests from both sides.




5. Pry off the caps (A) and remove the screws, then remove the grab handle (B).




6. Remove the third row seat access knob (A) and screw, then remove the third row seat access trim (B).




7. Pull the seat-back cover (A) off the frame hooks (B) around the third row seat access knob (C).




8. Unzip the bottom of the seat-back cover (A).




9. Release the clips fastening the seat-back cover (A) to the frame.




10. While pulling back the seat-back cover, release the inside springs (A) from behind the seat-back.




11. Pinch the tabs on the ends of the headrest guides (A), and remove them from the seat-back.




12. Pull back the edge of the seat-back cover all the way around, and release the clips (A), then remove the seat-back cover.




13. Remove the seat-back pad (A) from the seat-back frame (B).




14. Right second row seat: If necessary, remove the seat-back damper (A) from the seat-back frame.




15. Install the cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- To prevent wrinkles when installing a seat-back cover, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the pad before securing the clips, hooks, and inside springs.
- Using commercially available upholstery ring pliers (A), replace all the clips you removed with new ones (B).

Seat Cushion Cover
1. Remove the second row seat.
2. Remove these items:
- Outer recline cover
- Outer center cover

3. Remove the seat belt buckle.




4. Release the hooks (A) from under the seat cushion, then loosen the seat cushion cover (B).




5. Release the hook strips (A) from both sides the seat cushion.
6. Remove the cushion cover/pad from the seat cushion frame.




7. Release the clips (A) from under the seat cushion (B).




8. Pull back the edge of the seat cushion coverall the way around, and release the clips (A), then remove the seat cushion cover.




9. Install the cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- To prevent wrinkles when installing a seat cushion cover, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the pad before securing the clips and hook strips.
- Using commercially available upholstery ring pliers (A), replace all of the clips you removed with new ones (B).
