Third Row Seat Pivot Disassembly/Reassembly

Special Tools Required
KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014

NOTE:
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components.
- Take care not to scratch the cover.

Center

1. Remove the seat center pivot.




2. Remove the screws, then remove the center pivot cover brackets (A, B).




3. Remove the bolt, and separate both pivot bases (A, B), then remove the spring pin (C). Remove the pivot bolt (D), pivot bracket (E), and bushings (F, G) from the pivot base.
4. Reassemble the pivot in the reverse order of disassembly, and replace the spring pins and bushings with new ones.

Outer

1. Remove the seat outer pivot




2. Remove the cap (A) and screws, then remove the upper bracket cover (B) and lower bracket cover (C).




3. Remover the nut (A), then remover the pivot bracket (B), bushings (C, D, E), washer (F), and spiral springs (G) from the pivot base (H).
4. Reassemble the pivot in the reverse order of disassembly, and replace the bushings with new ones.
