Left Tailgate Lower Hinge Replacement

NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove the tailgate.




2. With a maker, make reference lines (A) on two side of the left tailgate lower hinge (B) for reinstallation




3. Using a T50 Torx bit, remove the bolts, then remove the left tailgate lower hinge (A).
4. Install the lower hinge in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Apply multipurpose grease to the checker portion.
- Do the tailgate position adjustment.
