Overhaul
Motor Housing Disassembly/Reassembly 1.
Remove the IMA motor housing.
2.
Remove the terminal cover (A), busbars (B), shield male connector (C).
3.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: When installing the terminal, make sure the direction is secure.
4.
Install the IMA motor housing.
5.
Do the MOTOR ROTOR POSITION CALIBRATION.
