NOTE:
- Check for low battery.
- This is often caused by losing battery power or a poor ground.

1. Check for battery voltage on the navigation unit connector C (8P) terminals No. 1 and No. 2.

Is there battery voltage?

YES - Replace the navigation unit.

NO - Repair the circuits.
