Yaw Rate Sensor: Service and Repair

Yaw Rate-Lateral Acceleration Sensor Replacement

NOTE: Do not damage or drop the sensor as it is sensitive. Do not use air or electric impact tools.

1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
2. Remove both sides of the center lower cover.
3. Disconnect the yaw rate-lateral acceleration sensor 4P connector (A).

4. Remove the sensor mounting bolts, and remove the yaw rate-lateral acceleration sensor (B).
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
