EGR Tube: Service and Repair
EGR Pipe ReplacementJ35A7 engine ('08 model) 1.
Raise the vehicle on a lift.
2.
Remove the splash shield.
3.
Remove the EGR pipe mounting nuts (TWC side) (A).
4.
Lower the vehicle.
5.
Remove the EGR pipe mounting bolts (water passage side) (A).
6.
Remove the EGR pipe (B).
7.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets (C).
