Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

Oil Cooler Center Bolt/Oil Cooler Replacement

1. Remove the oil filter.
2. Disconnect the water bypass hoses.
3. Remove the oil cooler center bolt (A) and oil cooler (B)





4. Apply new engine oil to new O-ring (C).
5. Install the oil cooler. Tighten the oil cooler center bolt to the engine block.
6. Connect the water bypass hoses.
7. Install the new oil filter.
