Overhaul
Motor Housing Disassembly/Reassembly 1.
Remove the IMA motor housing.
Removal and Replacement 2.
Remove the terminal cover (A), and the shielded male connector (B).
3.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
4.
Install the IMA motor rotor.
Service and Repair 5.
Do the motor rotor position calibration procedure.
