Engine cranks, but does not start

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs. Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

2. Check for IMMOBI status and function. Engine Does Not Start With The Immobilizer Key

3. Check the fuel pressure. Testing and Inspection

4. Check for a plugged or damaged fuel line. Testing and Inspection

5. Check for a plugged fuel filter. Service and Repair

6. Check the throttle body. Testing and Inspection

7. Check for low engine compression. Testing and Inspection

8. Check for a damaged or broken cam chain.

9. Do the engine control module (ECM)/powertrain control module (PCM) reset in the PGM-FI INSPECTION menu to cancel the ALL INJECTORS STOP with the Honda Diagnostic system (HDS).

Also check for:

- Empty fuel tank
- Weak or fouled spark plugs
