Exhaust Manifold Removal and Installation
1. Remove the rocker arm oil control valve (VTEC solenoid valve). Service and Repair
2. Remove the intermediate shaft heat cover. Intermediate Shaft Removal
3. Remove the cover and the exhaust manifold bracket, then remove the exhaust manifold.
4. Install the exhaust manifold, and tighten the bolts/nuts in a crisscross pattern in three steps, beginning with the inner bolt.
5. Install the exhaust manifold in the reverse order of removal.
