The blower and heater controls and the A/C system do not work

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Probable cause: HVAC control malfunction

2. Do the heater control power and ground circuit troubleshooting Heater Control Power and Ground Circuit Troubleshooting

Also check for:

- HVAC DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
- Blown fuses No. 12 (40 A) in the under-dash fuse/relay box
- Faulty blower motor relay
- Poor ground at G501 Dashboard Wire Harness A (Left Branch) and Tweeter Subharness Connector and Harness Locations
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
