Check for PGM-FI DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.

Check the brake pedal position switch adjustment Adjustments.

Do the cruise control combination switch test Service and Repair.

Do the cruise control input test Cruise Control (PCM) Input Test.
Test the resume/accel switch signal input.
Test the brake pedal position switch signal input.

Also check for

Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: WHT, GRY wire
