- Navigation display unit
- Open/short between the audio unit, audio disc changer, Navigation display unit, Navigation unit, or the XM receiver or the GA-Net bus
- The wrong color DVD or version is installed
- The DVD is damaged or dirty
- Harness/fuses/switches
