Drive Motor Rotor Position Sensor: Service and Repair

IMA Motor Rotor Position Sensor Removal/Installation

1. Remove the IMA motor housing Removal and Replacement.

2. Remove the bolts, and the motor rotor position sensor (A).

3. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Tighten the bolts (B) first, then tighten the bolts (C).

4. Do the motor rotor position calibration procedure Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.
