Mirror Holder Replacement

NOTE:

- Put on gloves protect your hands.
- Take care not to scratch the mirror.

1. Carefully pull out the bottom edge of the mirror holder (A) by hand.





2. Apply heat with a heat gun to the gap between the mirror holder and the mirror housing (B). Separate the mirror holder from the actuator (C) by slowly pulling them apart while separating the adhesive (D), releasing the hooks (E).

NOTE: Do not heat the plastic parts too much or you may damage them.

3. Install the mirror holder by engaging the hooks on the actuator. Position the mirror holder to line up the hooks, then push on the holder until the hooks lock into place on the actuator.

4. Make sure the power mirror operate properly.
