Keyless/Power Door Locks/Security System Symptom Troubleshooting

Power Door Locks/Keyless

1. Check for B-CAN DTCs. If any B-CAN DTCs are indicated, refer to the B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A Troubleshooting - B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A, and troubleshoot the indicated DTCs first.

2. If the door lock system works properly, but the keyless operation does not, refer to the immobilizer-keyless control unit symptom troubleshooting information Immobilizer System Symptom Troubleshooting Information.

NOTE: The door lock system does not function when the ignition switch is ON (II).
