Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair

Catalytic Converter Removal/Installation

1. Remove the A/F sensor (sensor 1) A/F Sensor Replacement.

2. Remove secondary HO2S (sensor 2) Secondary HO2S Replacement.

3. Remove the EGR pipe Service and Repair.

4. Remove the cover (A).

5. Remove the TWC (B).

6. Remove the converter cover (C).

7. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets (D).
