Tighten the bolt. Do not use an impact wrench.
Hold the pulley with the holder handle (A) and the holder attachment (B). Torque the bolt to 64 Nm (6.5 kg-m, 47 lb-ft) with a torque wrench and the heavy duty socket, 19 mm (C).
Tighten the bolt an additional
60 °.
