NOTE: SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations 4-door, 2-door, and precautions and procedures before doing repairs or servicing.

1. Remove the steering column covers.

2. Disconnect the 6P connector (A).

3. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.

4. If the continuity is not as specified, the ignition key switch is faulty; replace the steering lock.
