HID Unit Replacement

1. Turn the combination light switch OFF.

2. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).

3. Do the 12 volt battery terminal disconnection procedure.

4. Remove the headlight assembly Headlight Replacement.

5. Remove the three mounting screws (A) from the HID unit (B).





6. Remove the bulb socket (C), then remove the HID unit.

7. Inspect the gasket (D) for damage. If damaged, replace it.

8. Install the HID unit in the reverse order of removal.

9. Do the 12 volt battery terminal reconnection procedure.

10. After replacement, adjust the headlight Adjustments.
