Windshield Washer Reservoir: Service and Repair






Washer Reservoir Removal and Installation

Removal

1. Right Front Inner Fender as Needed





1. Detach the right front inner fender (A) as needed.

2. Washer Motor





1. Disconnect the connector.

2. Remove the washer motor (A).

NOTE: Fluid may flow out of the opening.

3. Washer Fluid Level Switch





1. Disconnect the connector.

2. Remove the washer fluid level switch (A).

NOTE: Fluid may flow out of the opening.

4. Washer Reservoir





1. Remove the washer filler neck (A).

2. Remove the washer reservoir (B).

Installation

1. Washer Reservoir





1. Install the washer reservoir (A).

2. Install the washer filler neck (B).

2. Washer Fluid Level Switch





1. Inspect the gasket (A); replace it if it is distorted or stays compressed.

2. Install the washer fluid level switch (B) with the gasket.

3. Connect the connector.

3. Washer Motor





1. Inspect the gasket (A); replace it if it is distorted or stays compressed.

2. Install the washer motor (B) with the gasket.

3. Connect the connector.

4. Right Front Inner Fender as Needed





1. Install the right front inner fender (A).
