Hatch Latch Switch Test

1. Open the hatch.

2. Remove the hatch lower trim panel Interior Trim Removal / Installation - Hatch Areas.

3. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the hatch latch (B).





4. Check for continuity between terminals No. 1 and No. 2.

- There should be continuity with the hatch open.
- There should be no continuity with the hatch closed.

5. If the continuity is not as specified, the hatch latch switch if faulty; replace the hatch latch Service and Repair.
