Tailgate Latch Switch Test
Tailgate Latch Switch TestWithout Power Tailgate 1.
Remove the tailgate lower
trim panel .
2.
Disconnect the 4P connector (A) from the tailgate latch assembly (B).
3.
Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.
4.
If the continuity is not as specified, the tailgate latch switch is faulty; replace the tailgate latch.
