Air Cleaner Housing: Service and Repair




Air Cleaner Removal/Installation

1. Remove the air intake scoop.

2. Disconnect the MAF sensor/IAT sensor 5P connector (A).





3. Remove the MAF sensor/IAT sensor harness from the air cleaner housing holder (B) and the bolts (C).

4. Loosen the clamp screw (D), then remove the air cleaner (E).

5. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: When you tighten the clamp screw, refer to the throttle body removal/installation procedure Removal and Replacement.
