Audio System Symptom Troubleshooting - Audio system button does not work

Audio system button does not work (with navigation)

NOTE:

- Check the vehicle battery condition first Battery Test.
- In order to troubleshoot the POWER () button, go to Audio-Navigation unit power switch will not turn on (No information display and no sound) troubleshooting Audio-Navigation Unit power Switch Will Not Turn On (No Information Display And No Sound).

1. Go to the audio button, knob, and audio remote switch detection mode in the audio Self-Diagnostic Function. Operate all items in the switch list.









Are all the items in the switch list detected?

YES -

Operation is normal.

NO -

Substitute a known-good center panel Service and Repair, and recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away, replace the original center panel Service and Repair. If the symptom/indication is still present, replace the audio-navigation unit Audio-Navigation Unit Removal/Installation.
