Hatch Glass Opener Switch Test/Replacement

1. Remove the rear license trim Service and Repair.

2. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the opener switch (B).






3. Remove the two mounting screws, and then remove the hatch glass opener switch from behind the panel.

4. Check for continuity between terminals No. 1 and No. 2.

- There should be continuity when the opener switch is pushed.

- There should be no continuity when the opener switch is released.

5. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the opener switch.
