Water Passage Replacement

1. Drain the engine coolant Service and Repair.

2. Remove the air intake duct.

3. Do the battery removal procedure.

4. Remove the battery base.

5. Remove the intake air duct.

6. Disconnect the upper radiator hose (A), the lower radiator hose (B), the ECT sensor 1 connector (C), and the EGR valve connector (D).






7. Disconnect the water bypass hoses (A) and the heater hose (B).






8. Remove the EGR pipe Service and Repair.

9. Remove the water passage and the related parts.






10. Install the water passage in the reverse order of the removal.

11. Install the intake air duct.

12. Install the battery base.

13. Do the battery installation procedure.

14. Install the air intake duct.

15. Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system.

16. Clean up any spilled engine coolant.

17. Inspect for engine coolant leaks.
