Actuator Relay: Service and Repair
VTM-4 Relay Replacement 1.
Remove the driver's dashboard lower cover
Driver's Dashboard Lower Cover Removal/Installation.
2.
Remove the harness clip (A), then remove the auxiliary under-dash relay holder (B).
3.
Remove the VTM-4 relay (C) from the auxiliary under-dash relay holder.
4.
Install the VTM-4 relay in the reverse order of removal.
