Air Distributor Duct Replacement

AIR DISTRIBUTOR DUCT REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the IP trim panel.
2. Remove the screw from the air distribution duct.




3. Remove the screws (3) from the air distribution duct (1).
4. Remove the air distribution duct (1) from the IP trim panel (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air distribution duct (1) to the IP trim Panel (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the screws (3) to the air distribution duct (1).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).





3. Install the screw to the air distribution duct.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the IP trim panel.
