Door Replacement - Overhead Console

DOOR REPLACEMENT - OVERHEAD CONSOLE

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the overhead console from the headliner.




2. Remove the broken door from the headliner.




3. Remove the broken gear assembly from the console.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the new door to the gear assembly overhead console.




2. Install the new door to the overhead console.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




3. Attach the overhead console to the headliner.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
