Secondary Air Injection Pump Inlet Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Open the hood.
2. Disconnect the secondary air injection (AIR) pump inlet hose quick connect fitting from the air cleaner assembly.




3. Disconnect the AIR pump inlet hose quick connect fitting (1) from the AIR pump.
4. Remove the AIR pump inlet hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the AIR pump inlet hose to the vehicle.
2. Connect the AIR pump inlet hose quick connect fitting (1) to the AIR pump..




3. Connect the AIR pump inlet hose quick connect fitting to the air cleaner assembly.
4. Close the hood.
