Front Brake Shield Replacement
Caution: Refer to Brake Dust Caution (Brake Dust Caution) .


Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Maintenance) .
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Front Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement (Service and Repair) .




4. Remove the splash shield.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the splash shield.
2. Install the hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Front Wheel Hub, Bearing, and Seal Replacement (Service and Repair) .
3. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair) .
4. Remove the safety stands.
5. Lower the vehicle.
