Rear Compartment Liner Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Open the midgate.
2.
Release the midgate weatherstrip seal from the front edge of the floor liner.
3. Open the spare tire carrier.
4. Open the end gate.
5. Remove the 4 bolts (1) securing the cargo tie down loops (2) and floor liner to the body.
6. Remove the bolts and tie down loops.
7. Remove the floor liner from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the floor liner to the cargo floor.
2.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

Install the tie down loops (2) and the bolts (1) to the liner.

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Reposition the midgate weatherstrip onto the pinch-weld flange at the front edge of the floor liner.
4. Close the midgate.
5. Close the end gate.
6. Latch and secure the spare tire carrier.
