Liftgate Pull Strap Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the screw that retains the pull strap to the liftgate.
2. Remove the pull strap from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the pull strap to the vehicle.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the screw that retains the pull strap to the liftgate.

Tighten the screw to 1.5 Nm (13 lb in).
