Turn Signal Switch: Service and Repair

Lighting, dimmer, turn signal/hazard and wiper/washer switches are all incorporated into multi-function switch assembly.
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove steering wheel as outlined under Steering Wheel.
3. Remove column shroud, then lower cover or crash pad.
4. Disconnect rheostat electrical connector, if equipped.
5. Remove cable bands ties, then disconnect multi-function switch electrical connectors.
6. Remove multi-function switch mounting screws, then switch from steering column.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
