Inhibitor Switch (N & P Positions)

1.
Disconnect the connector,
Fig. 12.
2.
Check continuity between connector (E12) terminals 3 and 5, 4 and 5 with shift lever in "N" and "P" ranges.
3.
If there is no continuity in either position, replace switch.
