Inspection Procedure
CIRCUIT DIAGRAM INSPECTION USING SCAN TOOL HARNESS INSPECTION PROCEDURE COMPONENT TEST PROCEDURE 1.
Disconnect the
idle position switch connector.
2.
Check the continuity between terminal 1 and sensor ground.
Accelerator pedal:
Depressed: No Continuity
Released: Continuity 3.
If out of specification, replace the
idle position switch.
