Control Assembly: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.




2. Pull out the ashtray and remove two screws.
3. Disconnect the air mix control cable on the heater unit.




4. Using a flat tip screwdriver, pry loose 2 clips, pull out the center facia panel and then disconnect connectors.




5. Remove four mounting bolts of the heater control assembly behind the center facia panel and then remove the center facia panel.




6. Disconnect connectors from the heater control assembly.
7. Disconnect the vacuum connector.
8. Remove the heater control assembly.
9. Installation is the reverse order of removal.
