Evaporative Emissions System: Testing and Inspection

Disconnect the vacuum hose (red stripe) from the
throttle body and connect a manual vacuum pump to the hose.
2.
Check the following points when the engine is cold [engine coolant temperature
60°C (140°F)], or below and when it it warm [engine coolant temperature greater than
70°C (158°F)].
