COMPONENTS

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY AND MAIN AIR VENT DUCT ASSEMBLY








1. Remove the main crash pad assembly.

NOTE: Removal and installation should be carried out on the back of the main crash pad assembly.

Defroster Nozzle Assembly





2. Remove the LH side defroster nozzle assembly.





3. Remove the RH side defroster nozzle assembly.





4. Remove the defroster nozzle assembly.





5. After releasing clips (3EA), remove the defroster nozzle upper cover (LH/RH).

Main Air Vent Duct Assembly





6. Remove the main air vent duct assembly.





7. Remove the side air vent louver assembly (LH).





8. Remove the side air vent louver assembly (RH).





9. Remove the center air louver assembly.
10. Installation of the main air vent duct assembly and defroster nozzle assembly is the reverse order of removal.

REAR HEATING DUCT ASSEMBLY

REAR HEATING DUCT - LH SIDE





1. Remove the driver seat assembly.
2. Remove the rear heating side duct (LH).





3. Remove the front door scuff trim (LH).





4. Remove the dash fuse box cover.





5. Remove the front console protector.





6. Turn over the carpet and disconnect the rear heating joint duct (LH) from the heater unit.





7. Remove the rear heating joint duct (LH).

REAR HEATING DUCT - RH SIDE





8. Remove the front passenger seat.
9. Remove the rear heating side duct (RH).





10. Remove the front door scuff trim (RH).





11. Remove the lower crash pad under cover.





12. Turn over the carpet and disconnect the rear heating joint duct (RH) from the hear unit.





13. Remove the rear heating joint duct (RH).
14. Installation is the reverse order of removal.
