A/C Belt Deflection

DEFLECTION SPECIFICATION

NOTE: Apply 100 N (22 lbs.) pressure midway between pulleys to measure deflection.

Inspection 8.0 mm (0.315 inch)
New Belt 5.0-5.5 mm (0.197-0.217 inch)
Used Belt 6.0-7.0 mm (0.236-0.276 inch)
