BELT DEFLECTION SPECIFICATIONS

NOTE: Apply 100 N (22 lbs.) pressure midway between pulleys to measure deflection.

Inspection 9.0-10.4 mm (0.354-0.409 inch)
New Belt 7.5-9.0 mm (0.295-0.354 inch)
Used Belt 10 mm (0.394 inch)

BELT TENSION SPECIFICATIONS
Inspection 350-500 N (77-110 lbs.)
New Belt 500-700 N (110-154 lbs.)
Used Belt 400 N (88 lbs.)

TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS
Generator support nut A: 20-25 Nm (200-250 kg. cm, 14-18 ft. lbs.)
Generator lock bolt B: 15-22 Nm (150-220 kg. cm, 11-16 ft. lbs.)
Generator brace mounting bolt: 20-28 Nm (200-280 kg. cm, 14-20 ft. lbs.)

BELT LENGTH SPECIFICATION
Belt length .875 mm +/- 5mm (34.4 inches +/- 0.2 inch)
