Timer/Control Unit: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal.




2. Remove the shift lever boot and the rheostat assembly using a (-) driver.




3. Remove the center facia panel mounting screws (2EA).




4. Disconnect the heater control cable and 6 connectors and remove the center facia panel.




5. After removal of ETACM (Electronic Time and Alarm Control Module) mounting bolts (2EA), disconnect its connector.


INSTALLATION
1. Installation is the reverse order of removal procedure.
