SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY COMPONENTS

INSPECTION
- Check the detent place for wear.
- Check the bushing for wear or damage.
- Check the spring for damage or deterioration. Check the pin at the end of the rod assembly for wear.







REASSEMBLY
1. Apply a coating of grease to the sliding part of the bushing.
Specified grease
Chassis grease SAE J310, NLGI No. 0
2. Apply the specified grease at the places shown in the figure.
Specified grease Multipurpose grease SAE J310, NLGI No.2
